{"id":5348,"date":"2026-07-28T10:28:53","date_gmt":"2026-07-28T10:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/savingyounglives.com\/?p=5348"},"modified":"2026-07-29T07:24:46","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T07:24:46","slug":"yandedjiby-faye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/savingyounglives.com\/fr\/2026\/07\/28\/yandedjiby-faye\/","title":{"rendered":"Yand\u00e9djiby Faye"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l'H\u00f4pital R\u00e9gional de Tambacounda, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 480 km de Dakar, nous avons r\u00e9cemment r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une dialyse p\u00e9riton\u00e9ale aigu\u00eb chez une fillette de 8 ans atteinte d'un paludisme grave compliqu\u00e9 d'une insuffisance r\u00e9nale aigu\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 son admission, la patiente pr\u00e9sentait un score de Glasgow de 9\/15, une ur\u00e9e \u00e0 3,4 g\/L et une cr\u00e9atinin\u00e9mie \u00e0 84 mg\/L, justifiant la mise en route d'une dialyse p\u00e9riton\u00e9ale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le traitement a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de poches p\u00e9diatriques, avec un volume d'infusion de 15 mL\/kg. Au total, 14 \u00e9changes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s : 6 avec un temps de stase d'une heure, puis 8 avec un temps de stase de deux heures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e8s le deuxi\u00e8me jour, la patiente a repris une diur\u00e8se satisfaisante. Le bilan biologique montrait une nette am\u00e9lioration de la fonction r\u00e9nale, avec une ur\u00e9e \u00e0 1,4 g\/L et une cr\u00e9atinin\u00e9mie \u00e0 20 mg\/L.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dialyse p\u00e9riton\u00e9ale a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e le troisi\u00e8me jour.
